    Another gem of a restaurant has been added to the dining Mecca of Gozo in Mgarr but this time it is one with a difference. ‘Eugene’s’ provides a unique menu inspired by the Creole cuisine blended subtly with other culinary cultures which undoubtedly offers diners a new and exciting culinary experience.

    ‘Eugene’s’ menu is a combination of a very rich Seychelles culinary kitchen which has been gradually developed and enriched by passionate chefs throughout the ages, and from other culinary cultures after long years of experimentation by artistic chefs seeking to give new dimensions to the art of cooking.

    Seychelles’ chefs have made wise use of their imagination, passion, knowledge and experience to capture the Creole culture in the excellent dishes they created. However ‘Eugene’s’ chefs also provide superb traditional Maltese dishes as they have discovered the riches and marvels of Maltese palate. Our chefs have become experts in cooking Maltese traditional food after gaining a priceless experience by working in top Maltese restaurants for years.
